Simply fill out the K-3 intake form and call us with a credit card number of your choice. Alternatively, just press the "Buy Now" botton located below. This will take you to PayPal, where you can complete your purchase.

We will then open a file and have you send ther intake form to us via e-mail or fax (you can even mail it if you don't like computers!). Your case will be prepared in 10 business days or less.

You will notice that we have a document requirements sheet at the end. Please start assembling the documents after you sent us the filled out questionnaires so you can save time. We request you do not send in the questionnaires until you have hired us. Otherwise, our staff will be searching for a case file that does not exist.

Children and the K-3 Visa:

If you have children that are not American citizens and you would like to bring them to live with you in the United States, you can submit an application for them to come with you on a K-4 visa. Your child must be legally recognized as your offspring. They also must be under 21 years of age and not married. They also must have been under 18 years of age when you and your American spouse got married in order to qualify for this kind of visa.
